Claudia helps organizations create or maintain productive and efficient work environments by conducting lively and interactive workshops that equip the participants with new knowledge, skills, and techniques that can be immediately applied on the job. She is known for her creative and energetic style and as a gifted storyteller. Claudia is co-author of the book Ordinary Women…Extraordinary Success, a book which brings together 19 women who share their own extraordinary stories to inspire, empower, and advise others to reach new heights.
Background
Claudia transferred her corporate experience (at Citigroup, Farmland Industries, and United Missouri Bank) into a career as a successful business owner, twice nominated as one of the area’s “Top 10 Small Businesses.” Claudia is a regular radio and TV talk show guest and is frequently quoted in newspapers. She is a committed civic leader with an active involvement in the Chamber of Commerce, the Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training, public television, and her alumni association. She has written articles for magazines such as Computer World, Home Office Computing and Ingram’s and is the co-author of the book Ordinary Women…Extraordinary Success. Claudia authors her own training materials and has written extensively for other training organizations. She is an adjunct faculty member for several colleges.
